Leftover roast turkey made tasty and succulent. I marinated it in half bowl abalone sauce mixed with half bowl of water.Then I greased the pan with olive oil, put the marinated turkey in the pan and slices of butter on top of it. Baked for 12 minutes at 180 degrees. The result was delicious on its own or with plain bread. or toasted on bread, covered with cheese.
